No use for landlord tax return

I had hoped to use it to track rental expenses that would yield a year end spreadsheet, that I could, in turn, use to prepare Schedule E. I cant.

Although the app exports an excel sheet, there are no images or links to the receipts, but more critical, every expense amount is preceded by"USD" rendering it a text cell. Meaning it cant be used in a calculation. Which makes the sheet, and therefore the app, worthless.
