Liked until tried to do reports. Wanted detailed reports in income and expenses and all it would give was property value. Needs more work but on the right track.
Easy to work with, good reports and cheap!!
September 2016 update. After ios10 update the app can only crash. Refuses to open. Please fix to get back to 3 stars please! Plus seriously consider addressing requests of your customer/user base. Have used the app now for three (3) years without any app upgrade in the works. Have used this app now for a few months to track one property. Recently added the second property. Rate the app today at 3 Strong Stars. Like the graphing for each property. This app is definitely worth using. Look forward to app enhancements from the developer. Suggested enhancements: 1. Graph ability for both individual properties and combined properties. 2. Income or Expense, chose a property to enter data instead of the constant going back to default. OR if entering data for one property, ask if user once to enter more data against this property. Constant going back to default is a bit buggy. 3. Tagging capability of individual property expenses to tax filing key fields (ID line item numbers) for ease of year end consolidation. Great app, see it getting to 5 Stars easy if enhancements were made. Ever need a beta volunteer tester, contact me.
Im a new iPhone convert from the blackberry and this is a great app. With 20 properties it really helps me track income and expenses on the site of the properties without having to carry my journal around. Reports could be better by over all this app can be used to supplement what ever in office system you may have. Or used as a mobile backup system
This new version 1.0.3 is better. Cloud backup is a good feature and make me feel confidence to use this App. Most of the features meet my requirement. I will continue using this App with more expects e. g. A way to track my mileage expense. I suggest this App can just log the mileage and count a total for a specified period.
